Trap, filter and take action on console messages (new with Cohort Version 3)

*TRACE V2.0 is included in Cohort V3. This new utility monitors console messages, you control which classes, and then passes them through a series of filters. If a match is found TRACE takes action in response to the console message by submitting a batch job. Within this batch job users can respond to the message in anyway support by DCL and their own software systems. TRACE also includes a command procedure that can be used to forward console messages received on one node to another node within the network; these nodes DO NOT have to be in the same cluster.
